Small hidden gem. Nice inviting mom and pop shop. The restaurant was clean and the tables were well stocked. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and helped us in making a decision. The food was homemade, fresh, delicious, and fairly priced. We definitely will be back.

So happy to have “discovered” Jessica’s Bistro. Delicious Cuban and seafood options, plus a full menu of tasty entrees and sides. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and “hospital clean”. Jessica, the owner, is so helpful and friendly, makes you feel like part of the family. Looking forward to the next visit to this unique restaurant!

This cozy little bistro has left the best impressions and has quickly become my top choice for local cuisine. With the most hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, beer and wine list, and don’t forget wonderful desserts and cafe! There is something here for the whole family to enjoy. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched, the staff truly cares about your experience, and the food is absolutely amazing.

Great place! Everything was really good, seasoned very well. When we first walked in we weren’t sure if we wanted to stay, but very happy we did! The Cuban coffee was very good as well. No complaints whatsoever.

Listen, I normally love Jessica’s Bistro. They’ve always been nice and the food (in the past) has been delicious, but I have never been treated the way my group and I were treated last night by a restaurant. I was there with 2 other adults and 3 children (one was an infant). The place only had 2 other customers there. We finished our meal and paid, but were visiting with each other because I had just met one of the adults that night and we were getting to know each other. The only 2 other customers in the restaurant left and when they did we still had about 15 minutes before the restaurant closed – I know because I was keeping an eye on the time so we weren’t keeping the staff past open hours for guests (I hate when people do that) – and as we were talking the staff starting turning off the music AND THE LIGHTS, putting away signage and locking the doors!! It felt like the biggest “get the eff out of here” to us. We felt very unwelcome and like we were an inconvenience, even though we were in there within their posted open hours! Me and the other woman I was with were excited to show our out of town guest the good food that Jessica’s offered, but the food wasn’t even that good anymore and the staff’s passive aggressive treatment in the end ruined it. Quite honestly I won’t be back. It was absurd and embarrassing. I would have completely understood had we stayed past opening, but we weren’t. We shouldn’t have been pushed out early simply because the staff was tired of being at work.

We found the best hidden gem on our overnight stay in Lake City !!! First , our waitress was amazing. The service and conversation was perfect. The food was delicious. Everything we ordered was full of flavor! We will be back on our next trip through Lake City !!
