Recently I was picking up take out and after paying they came up to me and asked for more money in form of tip to correct an error on there end. After feeling pushed into paying more they finally brought my food and made me wait even longer to get my receipt I already asked for at the beginning. I left feeling very weird about the situation.

Tried this place out because I’ve heard for things about the food. I went on Friday night and the place was pretty busy, definitely a family favorite here in the Ranchos. The service was fair due to the radio of staff to patrons. I want able to get the drink of my choice so I tried their hot apple pie, which tasted good, but had little punch and no warming qualities. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. I like a lot of bold flavors and this was lacking that bold rich smokey I was looking for, while the coleslaw was average it was lacking in color, boldness and creativity.
