For chain pizza to me this is the best. I have only tried their Detroit style pizza. Anyone that likes “Detroit style pizza” Jets is a really good pizza. I would not compare this pizza to any pizza that is not franchise so understand that when you see my 4 stars.

I alwaysss eat at jet’s but now I see why I always go to the Creedmoor location. I went to the wake forest location, after calling 5 times and no answer, once I arrived I realized the open sign was off so I assumed they were closed. But I tried the door and it was unlock but all the lights were off. Then I walked in and waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone walked up. After ordering I realized there was a dead bug by the counter. Smh worst part was that my pizza crust was old and tasted horrible. Do not go to this location.

For what it is Jets Pizza is the best around here. I am from Massachusetts and pizza in most of the state is great. Where I grew up you could stumble into almost any place and not be disappointed. Down here in the south east though it is not that way. There is not one place I can call good pizza. Jets on the other hand is impressive. One big up is that they actually put sauce on the pizza. Every other place I have gone to don’t put sauce on their pizza and lack ingredients. Jets doesn’t have that problem. So whenever I get pizza in this part of the country Jets is the only option.

Honestly the workers talk more than they work. No wonder the food takes so long & not thoroughly cooked. Literally took them 30-35 to make my order. It’s ridiculous. Also, The lady that took my order is rude.

They can’t figure out how to deliver a pizza. We live a mile away. Waited an hour and a half for our order, had to call to find out it hadn’t left the store. Asked to convert it to carry-out and it wasn’t ready 15 minutes later

Terrible service. Used the automated ordering over the phone and asked for 3:30 pickup time (about 45 minutes from order time). Arrived at 3:40 and they hadn’t even seen the order or started it (it was not busy in the store). 10 minutes later they tell me they don’t have crust for a pizza I ordered and I didn’t walk out with my pizzas until about 4:20. I complained and they gave me a ~5% discount and were pretty unapologetic.

Don’t try to call or order online. You’ll never get through. And even if you do don’t expect them to deliver a pizza. If you get a pizza don’t expect it to be your pizza. Best one star pizza in town. Enjoy!
