Ordered via text and pizza was delivered with wrong toppings. Called the store and they offered to credit me or deliver another pizza. This is what was delivered. Unreal! Beyond frustrated at this point and just not worth having to call and complain again. Asked for it to be cut in squares. First order was not in squares.

Have had fabulous service from jet’s Pizza for the previous five years however tonight I ordered online at a non-peak time approximately 3:30 p.m. 70 minutes later my pizza had not arrived. A telephone the store and spoke to a nice young lady who said she would replace my online order she did to have my order in front of her but we would resubmit it however the price was more expensive so she put me through to what I assume are who I assume was a manager.. this woman stated that I would need to pay the increase price as it was an order from the store as opposed to online when I tried to get clarification about this absurd situation she told me to have a great day and hung up the phone.

I was looking for a pizza place that had cauliflower pizza and Jet’s did!! I did a text to order super easy process!! My cauliflower pizza taste soooo good. It was cooked to perfection. I recommend especially if you’re looking for a healthier option. I’ll be back!!

I’m a longtime customer with this specific Jets Pizza. Ordered my pizza to be cut into squares like always. Tonight, some genius cut it like normal THEN read the request and recut it into squares. Thanks for the mutilated pizza.

There was nothing wrong with the two pizzas that we ordered but when we got the brownie and it was hard only the very center of it was soft…. the management seem to say and feel that’s the way they make all of them so I’d venture to say don’t order the brownie!!!

Pre-ordered individual slices of pizza for a party. Called the day before to make sure everything would be ready, and I was told they wouldn’t box the slices individually. What is the point of selling by the slice if they are just giving me a whole pizza in one box? Canceled the order and went somewhere else for half the cost.
