The pizza is great. But man, allow an extra 30-40 minutes from when they say your pizza will be ready. 3x in the past two weeks I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. It’s getting to the point I may just settle for MOB since they already have the pizza ready when they say.

My family really likes Jets, me not so much but my experience last night will make me think twice before ordering again. I ordered a couple pizzas at 6 pm on a Friday so I expected to wait. I was given a delivery time of 7:30 which seemed long but the family was excited about it so no problem. At 7:40 and no pizza I called. Person I talked to said “yeah your order is ready and here but we don’t have enough drivers so you can come get it”. I was a little dumbfounded and of course asked “were you planning on calling me or just……..?” “Yeah so you can come get it”. Not wanting to cancel and have to find something else I frustratedly drove to the store to pick it up. When I got there parts of the still weren’t ready so I waited another 20 minutes, 2 hours total from when I placed the order.

Man this place used to be great. Now be prepared for 90+ minute wait for carry out. Forget about delivery. 3+ hours last attempt for cold pizza. No response from location either. Not worth paying a premium price for poor service and a mid-range pie.

Update: I went to the store and picked my food. It was 100% ready on time. This was DoorDashes fault,not the people at Jets. DO NOT order delivery, you should always order pickup and get it yourself; or you will sorely be disappointed.

First time ordering from Jet’s Pizza, and it was also the last. My wife and I both came away with the same response, worst Pizza we have ever tasted! We love pizza and are pretty forgiving with mediocre pizza, but this was awful. We threw both pizzas away!

I had a terrible experience today. I entered the restaurant and asked straight if I could have any pizza in 15 minutes as that’s all time I had and I was in a hurry. The woman could refuse, but she asked what kind of pizza I wanted. I said that only time matters and I could take any pizza as long as it can be ready in 15 minutes. We agreed on NY-style 2 large pizzas, and she said they could make it within the expected time.

POORLY OPERATED LOCATION! Jets is usually good but this is my second terrible experience with this location. The first time they got our order wrong and then were rude when we reported it and refused to fix it. This time the pizza was mushy (normally crispy) and barely had any sauce. And the normally yummy cinnamon bread was overcooked, tough, and not enough icing. Tastes like cardboard. And neither was properly pre-cut so it made a big mess. Avoid this location (E Cobb, Shallowford) and try for the Smyrna location instead.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. Unfortunately, I found the management to be lacking in their ability to run things smoothly. Despite ordering two pizzas, both were somehow prepared incorrectly. When I called to address the issue, I was met with extremely rude staff. Regrettably, I won’t be returning to this location and I suggest that others consider visiting the Smyrna location instead. In my experience, they offer better quality pizzas.
