The pizza is always delicious. Jets has the best deep dish pizza in Lakeland, hands down. The people working there are always so nice too. My experience with ordering ahead online and picking up in store has been flawless. My food is always hot and ready on time. I’m greeted with a welcoming smile. Jets is pretty awesome. They also have Parmesan and red pepper flakes when you check out that you can grab, which is nice.

We have been ordering from Jets for over a year at least 1 time a week if not more. We haven’t ever had an issue until today. We did a text order and the system entered the pizza incorrectly. When I I received the invoice text I attempted to correct the order and it must not have corrected because they sent us 3 of the 4 pizzas incorrectly. I called to let them know and ask us to bring the correct pizza and instead of just taking care of it the guy insisted that I did something wrong. He went on and on for about 20 minutes lecturing me. I told him I would be happy to send him the text showing what I ordered and he kept on trying to make excuses and telling me I was doing this wrong. I told him I just wanted the pizza I had ordered and since his system didn’t put the order in correctly that would be the right thing for him to do. He told me I could pick them up. I was like no we paid for delivery and the right thing to do is deliver them. He said fine it will be 1.5 to 2 hours to get them. He was busy and I was going to have to wait. It’s so crazy that they messed the order up and instead of doing the right thing he argued and told me that it was my fault. I have a text showing the correct order! We will go back to ordering dominos even though the pizza is not as good! They always make it right without question and do it as soon as they can.

I am very happy with the pizza at this location. I am familiar with the jet’s pizza from back home and this did not fail to meet my high expectations. I ordered the deep dish or Detroit style pie. It was heaven and a taste of home. I highly recommend the jet10 and it is one of their signature pies. Go find the airport and land your jet for a perfect meal.

Update: After the review the manager called me and apologized for the miss. Asked me to try them again with the pie on them and i did today. They redeemed themselves and more. It was delicious! If they keep it up we will be regular customers. Updated my score from 2 to 4. Included new pic.

The pizza was so so. The person that took my order was very helpful and the pizza was delivered hot. The pizza seem to dry and there was not much taste to the sauce. I know that’s my personal opinion of pizza so I didn’t give them a bad mark for that.

I ordered pizza but only got half my order. I did tip because I wanted it to be curbside delivery. No one knew it was ready so had to go inside and it was only luke warm. Second time bad service and so, so pizza with the price of everything don’t have to waste my money there anymore definitely won’t be going back again.
