My husband ordered a pizza and small greek salad on 7/10 for pick up in the early evening. Upon opening the bag when he got home, we noticed that the salad was completely inedible. There was a nasty smell coming from the soggy lettuce contained within the salad. I immediately sent in a note to Jets Pizza regarding this matter since the small salad was $8. They never responded. I love Jets pizza but this location needs to look at their pre-made food before serving it to customers. Furthermore, the corporate office needs to respond to issues such as this. We are definitely taking a break from spending our money here.

With it being 2023 , The customer service is following suit of the decent of society, Got placed on hold & pretty much forgotten about. I was a long time customer at this in particular location but as stated before, You get what you get with 2023. It better to just make your own pizza .

Ordered $450 dollars in pizza. I paid with a CC and added a tip. Called to confirm order and delivery 30 minutes past the scheduled time. They canceled it. Now I have 40 hungry ppl waiting who knows how long. They didn’t call or email me.

We take our pizza very seriously being from the MetroNY area and this pizza was excellent! My husband had the Detroit style cheese pizza.. 4 corners option that he loved. I had the cauliflower veggie pizza. The crust was crispy and very good. We were happy campers and will definitely return!
