New to the area and never had Jet’s before. Went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, thankfully Drake was working. He talked me into their Detroit deep dish with pepperoni and jalapeños, with their buttery garlic and marinara sauce. Absolutely fire. If you go ask for drake and trust his suggestion.

My son and daughter-in-law went to Jets the previous night, and ordered a calzone with onion. After taking a few bites realized that there was very little to no cheese in it at all. It is all onions. She said it was the worst calzone that she has had anywhere. When we called and talked to Tommy one of the managers he was basically like sorry for your luck we will strive to do better next time. You should’ve called last night and we would’ve remade it for you with no offer to remake it ever! Bad bad customer service. He should’ve offered to make one next week if we want to come in and get it next week. We paid for some thing they couldn’t even eat. Below is a picture.

Legit ordered a triple cheese pizza and got it looked like single cheese and I have ordered many triple cheese in the past this was not TRIPPLE CHEESE. called talked to a manager and he stated he made it himself and weighed out the cheese and even had to go light on the other toppings because of all the extra cheese… so because I ordered triple cheese you reduced the other Tippings I paid for? So that’s basically what the manager told me… Well not sure what happened to customer service but obviously lacking paid 6$ delivery fee and paid a 4$ tip so $10 extra for the pizza that I consider is tip for customer service which obviously this location is seriously lacking. Order from some where else where you atleast get what myou pay for. Look at the pic how is this triple cheese when the layer does not even cover the pizza??

Took 30 minutes longer than promised! Order was incomplete, missing sauces that were charged. At least it’s still warm. Called about the order twice and the manager was there but never got on the phone or offered to address the issue of the pizzas taking over 1.5 hours.

Why come here when there’s so many better options for pizza around town with way more reasonable prices and better customer service. The management is terrible and don’t care to fix issues and the pizza has gone downhill tremendously and they just keep raising their prices. Please try anywhere else.

i don’t know if there is new management but there is very poor service there. i ordered a pizza and they just freestyled what they wanted on it, just chicken and bacon with extra bbq and this is what i got. then the manager said we ordered it wrong and cant do anything about it. thanks Jets.

I hadn’t had Jets pizza in a few years. Had one recently and was a bit disappointed. I remember how much I used to look forward to getting it for lunch a lot when I worked around the corner from one. Maybe my tastes have changed, but if not, sorry to say Jets has…….a lot!!! I’ll probably try it again someday just in case that was just a one off not so good experience, cause it was sooooo good before.
