Ordered Pizzas online and paid in advance. Showed up to the store and no one was present in the front. A guy comes from the back after a minute and looks at the screen and realizes my order was there but they never started it. I ordered it 45mins prior. The guy was apologetic which was appreciate but clear lack of any management going on here.

Literally no sauce on our pizza. Pizza has sauce by the way! Not just cheese and crust. Thankfully had 5$ off, but It’s super not worth buying! Will go to NY Pie, Fox’s, or anywhere else for now on. I guess my mistake for giving Jets a chance.

When it’s good, its great. That being said, every once in a while I get a rough pizza, and honestly this store needs to get its stuff together because it’s getting frustrating jumping through hoops just to get their pizza. The text system works like 1 out of every 5 times, and they commonly make mistakes or forget things altogether. Oh and don’t bother paying for extra anything because they just charge you more and put the same amount. I included two pizzas as pictures, one cost 5 dollars more than the other for extra ingredients, bet you can’t tell which one.

Jet’s Pizza has more than pizza. I bought a meatball Jetzee, which is a sandwich made of meatballs between a pair of thick pizza crusts. This was very messy, but I took all the napkins I wanted! The sandwich was very tasty. There are other sandwich meals.

Such a shame. Me and my family actually enjoy their pizza, definitely not the best pizza but its good. However, we will not be going back after our last experience at this store. We called the store asking if we could use a BOGO coupon. After talking Garret on the phone he assured us that we could use it but we had to come into the store and it could not be used on delivery. We said that was fine and gave him our order. After arriving at the store to pick up our order, the same person that took our order, manager Garret, said that we could no longer use the coupons on the pizza we ordered. ?????? He said that he would throw the pizzas out instead of honoring the coupon that he had just said we could use. If this is how the managers act at this location I cannot imagine how other employees handle our food/service under his watch. Go to one of the other pizza places around there are so many that have so much better pizza and exception service as well.

Poor online ordering experience. Placed order, set to pickup roughly 30 minutes after placed. Arrived to pickup and was notified they had not printed the ticket and did not have anything ready. With that being said, they had already billed the card loaded on file when placing the order.
