Picked up a pizza last night. Just wanted to say I appreciated the nice greeting by the guy running the till, I was updated on the progress of my order from another guy from the kitchen as I waited, and just the attitude at the store was great. (The food was good as always.)

Very great pizza. The cheese was terrific. Had the NY style All Meaty and a pepperoni. One of the best pizza n a while from assorted places. Might not order the All Meaty on NY style again. A bit too much moist for so thin of crust. Justin very energetically handled the customer interfacing. Watched him deal with a mistake in a very great way, not just offering one item but a choice of items as a peace offering even when I could not see that the customer was upset. Great work in getting in front of an issue.

The store is very nasty. The workers do not care if someone walks in to order and they leave you just standing up front while they are messing off in the back. Not my husband but another customer while he was waiting. The pizza was hot at least. The topping were wrong but Ive worked all day and just dealt with it. Payed almost 10 dollars for a salad for 2 thats actually only for one person and 1 piece of ham and one piece of salami cut into 4 pieces and 3 tomatoes. Very disappointed we payed 35 dollars for a 1 person salad and a pizza with wrong toppings. Should have read reviews on this place. What a waste of money and time.. The only reason for 2 stars is it was edible.

Really great for a chain! I’m excited for the new ownership. My experience on 5/17/23 was excellent with staff friendly, competent and professional. Food was so tasty — thin crust Hawaiian and hand tossed supreme. We will be back!

So previous I reviewed Jet’s Pizza in Hermitage as super friendly. Unfortunately, that was just a lone experience. There is a worker there who is the rudest person ever. Whether you are ordering online or just ordering a lunch special, he acts as if you are the largest inconvenience. Normally, this would be enough for me to never bring my business to a place again. However, the pizza is amazing and has quickly become my families favorite. Maybe one day, the gentleman will be fired, and they can bring in someone who can give this place the positive attention it deserves.

Okay so this is a very biased review. This store is rebuilding its reputation and under new ownership. So far it is off to an incredibly good start, excellent food and good customer service. Very clean establishment with engaged management and employees. Given what I have seen, I am excited and confident they cannot only reclaim past glory; but perhaps even surpass it.

50$ order- burned the deep dish pizza at bottom- overcooked and the brownies burned too ONE pepperoni per slice – if you burned it, please check your oven stting and redo the pizza, don’t serve it. Take more care in how yo prepare the same food that YOU would eat
