I wanted to like like this place, but they said the order would take 10 minutes and it took 30. And I said I would dine in, but then they didn’t have forks. How am I supposed to eat the salad and dressing? I guess it’s a dipping sauce. Very gourmet!

Jet’s uses canned mushrooms instead of slicing them fresh. It’s disappointing and a deal-breaker for any fresh pizza connoisseur. Go with Papa John’s.

If I could rate a zero (0), I would! Never again will I go to Jet’s Pizza on Rutherford Blvd across from the Wal Mart. They have horrible customer service!!! Rude from the start, when taking my order. Then one of my pizza’s had hair cooked into the cheese. When I called to complain, their response was, “Oh, well our guy cooking the pizza is completely bald.” Then they reluctantly offered to take $10 off of my next order, like I’d ever want to come back for a second helping of “Horrible customer service and Hairy pizza”. Yeah, no thanks. I’m good. I asked for their names; General Manager, Lauren and Store Manager, Trent both need to get it together. I’m so mad! Visit this place at your own risk. They don’t ever have to worry about getting my business again. Now, I’m calling corporate.

I want to give a shout out to the general manager at jets on s. Rutherford. I ordered for the first time the other night. My order got all messed up not once but twice. He went out of his way and took care of my order personally himself. I will be buying from there again.

So I’m a truck driver and this was my first experience with Jet Pizza and I’m going to say I was not disappointed to be honest the wings were the second best wings that I’ve ever had and they were the honey barbecue the Pizza Bar None the best I’ve ever had it was delicious the crust was crispy there was plenty of toppings and it was amazing. I would suggest this pizza place to anyone who sees it. Good work guys and girls.

Paid over $6 for a salad that I initially asked for a salad with a lot of veggies. The lady suggested the garden salad and said that would be the best fit for lots of veggies. I didn’t check it untill I got home from my GrubHub shift and it has cheese on it. I am vegan, so…. how am I supposed to eat this? So I called and the guy who answered says well next time specify no cheese. Could’ve swore I did. I say ok, I’ll just pick it off. Go check out the salad and pick the cheese off and it is mostly lettuce. White lettuce. Few veggies. And cheese. So I called back. Asked if I could bring my salad back and get the money back, he says he’s not sure they can do that. I said I can bring it back tonight, they’re already closed. So maybe tomorrow, he said no. I’m not satisfied but can’t get my money back? Wow! So I just threw $6+ in the trash. Smh. Never again. I usually order from the other location on Memorial. Maybe they will be professional and actually give me my money’s worth.
