I went into this restaurant and ordered 2 pizzas spent over $40. The one thing that I asked not be on my pizza was bacon. Guess what happened? You’re correct if you guessed bacon was on one of the pizzas. I politely called them and explained that there was bacon on my pizza. Long story short. They wanted to charge me for their mistake. They said they could give me a $10 credit on another pizza. Soooo, they wanted me to pay for their mistake. I will never go to Jet’s Pizza again.

Love ordering food from here. There’s never any problems from here. They always get our order correct here. The only thing I can recommend is the staff should be wiping down the front door every evening before closing the store, and the counter where you pick up your food. Does anyone ever do that anymore?

I Stopped going to Jett’s @ the Almaville location bc Melissa who usually works the front end orders & register isn’t really “polite” & seems to Nt help with orders “If” there’s a mistake or problem! I hd a credit for a replacement pizza And she (Melissa) ddnt rlly put mch “effort” into trying to look up my name & number! She just did a little looking on the register just to mve on to the next customer! So, for That Reason…. I order fr the Antioch location Again!!! Melissa’s customer service SUCKS!!!!
