Very sad service when the manager Josh isn’t working. I called to order the same pizza I always order and was yelled at for trying to figure out why it’s 19 dollars vs 13.50. Be careful ordering here they must have the Covington guys scheduled on the weekends/ bad math skills.

The pizza is a Chicago style pizza and is very good. The BBQ chicken pizza is awesome. Lots of chicken. Way more than expected. Even the pepperoni and black olive pizza was very generous. You can text them amd place your order now. Very easy.

Their pizza is very good, but I have to knock the rating down because of the tag-team of high prices and lack of delivery. In particular, the lack of delivery. Numerous times I’ve come close to ordering only to do something else because they want me to come to them. Disappointing.

My food was messed up and was given a credit by a manager. When I went to redeem the credit, it wasn’t there and apparently 3 managers all just quit. Apparently you can’t trust ANY managers and the only person who will do what they say is the district manager.
