My friend ordered pizza from Jet’s Pizza through door dash for us because we were hanging out in the pool with cocktails, so we used door dash. We spent over $80. We received the completely wrong order. We try to contact Door Dash and Jet’s Pizza. We were hung up on by Jet’s Pizza employees 4 times after the employee admitted the entire order was wrong because there was 2 orders with the same first name, but different last names. When we finally got to talk to the female manager on duty, she was not polite. So has does the night end, we did get some part of a refund, but I have 3 ladies here who can not eat the pizza because they are allergic to the sauce. Jet’s Pizza solution was to drive and pick up, after we mentioned we were having cocktails in the pool. So they want me to drink and drive? I am 100% disappointed in the employees and the management of Jet’s Pizza. I know I am 1 person (well a group of 8), but I will never ever order Jet’sPizza again.

Hardly any sauce on the pizza that we ordered . Just like any other privately owned pizza joint though now a days(where good help is hard to find) it all depends on what mood the teenage z generation cooks in , determines what type of pizza you going to get . Never consistently good at this location .

We were in town with our kids & grandkids. We were excited to try Jetts Pizza. We placed our order online & planned to pick it up. We received a call that the location did not have any round crust. Offer us Detroit style, but we declined due to the age of the grandkids. They apologized and said they would go ahead and cancel the order. This was March 18th, my debit card was charged & we cannot get a refund. We have called 5 times now, each time confirming yes we see it, sorry this wasn’t taken care of and we will handle this today. Give it a couple days & I should be refunded. We called the 5th time today, manager said he couldn’t do anything & I was to call my bank. After 3 weeks, this is what we get. This is completely disappointing as our bank stated, Jetts has to refund us. We are out almost $100 for pizza we didn’t get.

Not my first time using this location. Today ordered and picked up a 2 topping large, jets bread and Greek salad. Salad was wilted and pizza burnt around the edge. Not at all satisfied with quality of the product. While sitting there waiting i read the founder’s commitment to quality. How ironic.

This pizza is gross! Not sure if they were ever good before, but they certainly are no longer a good place to get pizza. They messed up our rather large order. Couldn’t refund my credit card, just have store credit or offered to remake the pizza correctly. I live too far away to drive up there again. The pizza that we did receive was 85% bread, not a lot of toppings and very greasy. The pepperoni only pizzas were just OK, but the Top 10 specialty pizza was basically inedible IMO. In talking with the manager, it was a very busy night and they are short-staffed.
