Did the robo-order and it was accurate and ready in 25 minutes! Pizza hot and delicious. One large Detroit style crust with different toppings on each side (perfect!) and one cauliflower crust pizza and it was was flavorful as a healthy option. Will order again.

Ordered 4 large pizzas at 11am for delivery. After 1 hour called them for update and they said our order was delayed because it was a big order and we would get it soon. After 2 hours we called for an update and got 2 different answers, it should be on it’s way and it should be almost done. We could not get a definite answer and they could not tell us exactly about our order. 2 hrs 20 min called for another update. Was informed pizza was not ready and could not be delivered and if we still wanted it we would have to come pick it up. Was not offered any type of discount or compensation for inconvenience. Never ever will order from this restaurant again. Do not recommend.

My husband and I are from out of town and we ordered a 2nd time from this location to be delivered to the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati. The initial order was great, they got everything right, extra sauce, extra toppings and great service. You can tell that whoever the crew was this night put TLC into the packing. However, the crew on deck missed opportunity to get the order right the 2nd time. Not only did they charge extra for the sauces and toppings- They simply did NOT pack them or read any of the instructions I left for this order. Such a disappointment and it shows in the consistency.

Love the Jets turbo cheesy bread so much my mom gets it for her & I at least once or twice a week! It’s cheap and sooooooooo delicious better than any pizza places regular schmegular cheese bread and we dip them in the Jets ranch which is made in their it’s not in some prepackaged small container with only like one ounce of ranch which is why is why their ranch is so addicting ! It really is awesome and the pizza is great too!!

My wife and I used to order often was our favorite. Now since we work and get paid cash we can’t order here anymore. They don’t accept cash orders unless you’re picking up. Welp that counts me out but Domino’s probably says thank you.

Yesterday, I called to place an order for a very important pizza. My Bestest Friend in the whole world and I got into the biggest argument and I was sure that if I apologized in a non-traditional way, I could once again have my Bestie back. Jet’s was able to go above and beyond in accommodating me. The General Manager himself made my pizza!! I have been visiting this place for so long and I apologize for not leave a review sooner! If you question where to eat don’t even think about the other places around, they won’t blink an eye to help you with anything, but JET’S WILL! Fantastic service, incredibly friendly atmosphere!! Thank you so much for helping me get my Bestie back!! I and my Bestie are forever Jet’s Pizza customers ❤️
