We called to place an order 30 mins before they closed. We asked if they were still taking orders because it was so close to closing. The employee assured they were taking orders and took our order and payment. We were charged but never got our order. I love Jet’s pizza but this turned me off. Especially when we specifically asked if it was too late. It seems like the worker just wanted my credit card information. Beware dealing with this establishment, they seem shady.

Ordered around 9:30 and was told my pizza would be delivered at 10:45. I called when it was a little past the expected time and they said that we would receive the pizza shortly. It is currently 11:30 and I can’t ask for an update because they are closed. And I already payed for it.
