For dinner, I ordered both the cauliflower pizza and the gluten-free pizza cheese only. Both pizzas were burned not just on the crust but also throughout the pizza. After speaking with a representative I learned the pizza oven produces this type of presentation for cauliflower pizza and gluten-free pizza. I think this information should be noted on the website prior to the customer placing an order to ensure the customer is ordering an item that they are well-informed about. I was truly disappointed and I was very hungry when I placed the order. Although I placed my order through a third-party my money was totally refunded. Almost $30.00. The customer service worker offered to refund my money if I had a place the order directly with them. I enjoyed speaking to the customer service worker so my rating is not based on the customer service worker interaction. My star rating is solely based on the presentation of the food. The food was delivered to me cold. I am not sure if the food was picked up late or if the food became cold due to the travel I’m not clear. But I am clear that I was very unsatisfied with the presentation of the dish for both items.

I’ve had multiple interactions with the mangers “Sam, and Brett” and each time they’ve made me feel like I’m a part of the family. They are clearly not getting paid enough for what they do. Also the food is the best! I’d even give it more stars if possible. If you’ve never had jets I’d recommend the deep dish!

Ordered 2 slice with a cola deal. When I opened the box to check the pizza looked like it sat in window for hours and wrong order. Asked cashier if I could get a fresh one made out of the oven, she just handed me another box that was in the window. Very rude. Won’t be dining there again during this conference.

I asked for the $9.99 lunch special and was charged $3 more. When saying the price I was just told that’s how much the 4 slice costs. If it is, don’t advertise for less or change the signs to match.

This place is a nightmare. Got a lady sitting on the counter, hood up, on her phone not paying attention to anyone. The cashier is telling people he has no idea when food is coming up but also not going and checking with the kitchen staff. If this wasn’t the only place open right now I would be anywhere else.
