I have ordered from this jets 3 times and all 3 times they’ve been awful. I’ll never go back to this location. I’ve never had such bad experiences at jets before. The first two times I got pizzas that weren’t cooked at all, they were just dough. This last time I ordered for pick up and the pizza was supposed to be ready at 9:55pm. When I got there to get my already paid for pizza, the doors were locked and they were closed. They closed early. I just wanted to grab my pizza. like did they throw it away or take it home? They couldn’t wait until 10 to leave for the night? This is terrible. Don’t go to this location. Make the drive to new Albany next time. I would put 0 stars if I could. It’s been a waste of time and money every time I’ve ordered here

Good service, good pizza, not necessarily celiac safe, but didn’t cause me problems. They do say of course on their website that they are not celiac safe (no one is). I have celiac disease but I have found that I am not as sensitive as other celiacs, I can handle a tiny bit of cross contam and be okay. I HAVE had reactions from Dominos and Donatos. I have found ROMEOS is the safest option around. But I tried jets, took a few bites and waited 2 hours to see and then finished it when I didn’t have a reaction. I will say I had an extremely mild GI response but that also could have been because ya know, yummy, cheesey, greasy pizza. Overall, I liked it, but if you have celiac disease- per usual, proceed with caution. Good service and good pizza and my husband loved the non-GF pizza as well.

I am a Doordash driver and called Jet’s here with a problem on an order. The manager tried to help me sort it out even though she couldn’t find the order. She promised to remake the part of the order I needed…it was only then that I realized that I not only had the wrong location but I had called the wrong Pizza company! Jet’s still made the order to help me and I cannot express how refreshing it is to deal with great people who are so concerned with service to the community. These people are fabulous I commend them highly.

The last two times we order from this location they messed up our order. A small issue this time but yet still an issue. Asked for square cuts, you can tell triangle cuts were first made, then the square cuts were made leaving us with retarded pieces lol to pick up and eat.

I absolutely love Jets Pizza! I have never had a bad experience. They have an amazing ranch dipping sauce that I order every time and their boneless wings are always juicy and tender. Not to mention their staff is always friendly. Of all the pizza places I have been to in my life, including Chicago and their famous pizza places, I would still prefer Jets!
