Food was good, but the manager on duty ensured I will not return. Receipt says his name was Nolen. Total was $18.28 I paid with a $20. He gave me my coinage, but he ran out of one dollar bills for change. Proceeded to get more and then refuse to give me my change. He wanted to argue it. After arguing for a minute he begrudgingly held out a dollar. I stuffed it into the tip jar to shut him up. Made me really uncomfortable, I will not return.

Beware!! I’m traumatized!! Can’t make this up and I ❤️ Jets Pizza Springboro, OH was our go to! We drive past 7 pizza chains to get to Jets. BEWARE Review pictures! Last night 10/11/2020 sometime after 7:15pm we pick up our order and arrived at home to chow down on some of my favorite deep dish pizza. We always get the 8 corner deep dish & a salad. The salad was delicious but of the pizza I ate 1 and a half pieces. Bf ate a few pieces no issue… That we know of… HAVE YOU EVER BEEN STABBED IN THE MOUTH BY A STAPLE WHILE CHEWING JETS PIZZA? I instantly called requested a manager to speak with, a gentleman who I’m told might of been the actual manager answered transferring me to a lady named Madison, who took my call stating she was the manager on duty tonight 10/11/20. I told her of the issue. A STAPLE in my PIZZA she began to nervously giggle and apologize profusely. Then she began offering a credit of $29. and some change. I exhausted was like ok I believe you it could of easily fell in my pizza and been baked in the dough…(Still questioning is this even happening?). Bf was like it’s your luck, I’m sure other pieces remaining are fine. No worries he is currently traumatized by the entire situation. Eventually believing all is well, there couldn’t be more it was a 1 time case situation. They staple receipts to pizzas all the time, it’s never been an issue I had been assured by Madison, Manager on duty Springboro, Jets Pizza 10/11/20. I put the pieces left in fridge throwing out my staple ridden slice. The next day 10/12/2020 I figure ok let’s try this again sounds like a good lunch. I reheat the pizza cause I’m over worked and exhausted and there is nothing else appetizing in my fridge. I prepare myself by examining the remaining pieces. I go ahead and pop in oven to heat up. I can’t make this up! Review Pics. More STAPLES in my 1st bite!!! Baked in!!! I am so dissatisfied and will not be returning. Owner should know what is happening. There is no excuse. I have punctured inside lining of my mouth! BEWARE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY! I have been unable to locate any email to personally contact owner. Please Contact me.

I like this style of pizza, I think it is Detroit style. It is thick but crunchy too. I tend to favor the Eugene Supreme as it has all the great pizza toppings on it. Jet’s uses the most delicious sausage in their pizzas. They offer a big variety of pizzas for every taste including a gluten free option. They always get your pizza done in twenty minutes for pickup as we happen to be out of delivery distance.

I didn’t even know “Detroit style” was a thing until a few years ago, and it’s amazing. Thick crust that’s crunchy on the bottom and chewy in the middle, with generous and delicious toppings. Not a health food, but a fabulous occasional splurge.
