Update: it would be nice if Jets Pizza would change the pizza industry when it comes to using mushrooms from a can. Can mushrooms taste like chemicals and is very chewy. Would be nice if they can use fresh mushrooms.

Detriot style pizza is amazing. Their chken buffalo deep dish is amazing. Their hand tossed pizzas are okay. But i would stick with the deep dish. Its what theyre known for. The cajun crust was too salty. It was nice having options tho.

Impeccable service at this Jets establishment. My order was correct, hot, and the cashier was over the top nice. The establishment was clean. Parking was plentiful and centrally located.

I really do love the taste of jets pizza but I after last night I won’t be back. I looked on the phone for pizza restaurants open at 845 and it showed this location was open until 10 . So I payed for a pizza for pickup. When I went 20 minutes earlier to pick it up , the restraint was closed . The lights off a d doors locked . I saw a lady walking around and she saw me but ignored me . I could see my pizza in the warmer, so taped on the window to get her attention. After about 10 minutes of waiting she came to the door and was really rude .she said we are closed, I kindly explained that we ordered a pizza and paid for it , she said we are closing at 9. I explained again that my pizza was in the warmer and I paid and drove to pick it up. It was not until I said you need to refund my purchase If If I can’t get it. She walked in and grabbed my pizza and handed it to me. How was I to know that the jets app was wrong and it should not have let me order it. This is not good business.

They have an app, so it allows you to ponder your call in order by looking online and seeing specials. If you call, you’ll be offered the opportunity to save 15% by using their chatbot. I would have given them 5 stars EXCEPT the calculation of the 15% is always wrong (however they do make that adjustment at the Register, so don’t pay in advance). The pizza is wonderful, especially the 4 or 8 corner deep dish (get the 8 corner as it a far better deal).

This jets pizza on Montgomery road is amazing!! There’s an Egyptian kid up front who had excellent customer service and knew how to make you feel at home. The food is cooked to perfection and he even made a heart for me with pepperonis on my pizza. Highly recommend.

COVID precautions taken. Two slices of pepperoni at a great price fresh and hot out of the oven. Staff/servers are great and courteous. A weekly staple for me. I highly recommend it for a quick satisfying lunch. Thumbs way high.
