Man if you like Detroit style or old school Noble Romans style deep dish, Jet’s is the jam. Their app gave me a ton of errors so I had to order over the phone like it was 1995, but the dude was polite and got the order right. Pizza is great. Crispy thick crust and lots of toppings. Jet’s should be right up there with the big dogs when it comes to quick, carryout/delivery pizza.

Tried to get delivery at 10, website wouldn’t do it because they turned off delivery. I placed a carryout order at 10:30pm on a Saturday. They don’t close until 11, but they called to say they weren’t going to make it because they were almost closing. Was going to give jets another try but I won’t be doing it. Grateful I selected the cash option so almost $50 wasn’t sucked out of my account.

Had a miscommunication with the cashier.. my intuition said cancel my order. But after resolving the “conflict in opinion” I proceeded to keep my order… kinda disappointed I didn’t listen to myself. The pizza was hard & dry. Ended up giving it a way… my overall thought is… observe the energy you receive from whoever sells you food because the product will be a reflection of that service. We’re all human & have not so good days sometimes.. so I forgive. But sadly I wont return here

We love Jet’s Pizza but their online ordering needs help. We have not been able to order online for over 5 months. When we did call in, the employee sounded irritated and unwilling to take the call and hung up without providing a total. This may be our last order from Jet’s simply because they are not able to provide customer service or products as advertised.

We love Jets Pizza. However, last night we used a credit card we don’t often use, because they said that our first card was “invalid” after reading it to them twice. This morning we got a notification saying that there was fraud activity on our non-active card. Someone just so happened to try to purchase PlayStation money on our card within 12 hours of using our card with this Jets location. Cool. Unfortunately, we will not be using this jets location anymore. We can’t trust that they will not steal from us.
