The female Mgr answered the phone as I was trying to place an order and her disposition was beyond rude and tasteless to say the Least! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I RECECEIVED 2 BAD PIZZAS FROM THEM. THE FIRST TIME I LET IT GO. DIDNT EVEN CALL ABOUT IT. THIS TIME I COULD NOT LET IT GO!!! ITS GROSS! ITS BURNT, TOUGH AND DRY! I prefer going to this location because it’s closer to home but, the quality of food that I’ve been getting has been declining. I never knew that you could ask for all done pizza. And for the life of me, I don’t understand why anyone would want it anyway. The 1st time I received a pie like this, I did not request it and the crust was so hard that it cut my gums. Now I make it a habit to ask for the pizza to not be cooked this way, and I still get the same result. The young lady that I’d spoken to said that she would “Let them know personally” how I wanted it. And surprise surprise, it hard again. I don’t even have to make this request when visiting other Jet’s. I don’t know what’s changed guys, but please get back to where you once were. At least for the neighborhood that’s keeping you thriving.

We ordered for delivery and the delivery was almost 1 hour (50 minutes) late. 1 hour 55 minutes from order to delivery. Each time that I called I was told that the order was on it’s way. it arrived 1/2 hour after my last call. I understand that at busy times that things can run behind. I would have been fine with even 20 minutes late. This was unacceptable. If you do not have the capability to run delivery efficiently then don’t offer it. I would have tried to fined a way to pick up the order if I was told that delivery was either not available or running 2 hours.
