I never had a bad experience with jets at this location (marysville, MI) till about a month ago, and yesterday took the cake and I will never order there again. I use to loved jets but yesterdays experience and customer service was terrible. My mother was having her birthday at her house and she loves the BLT pizza which is her favorite. So we had guest over at the house and besides the blt pizza, we ordered a xtra large pepperoni pizza that came out to 42 dollars. When we picked up the pizza and brought it home we noticed the blt pizza had no lettuce at all on there. Being that the pizza was already expensive I called and told them what happened. The manager got on the phone and said ok what do you want to do about it? And I said well I’d like you guys to fix the pizza at least. He said no problem we’ll fix it and deliver a new one. I thought wow ok that’s really awesome! When he arrived he gave me a bag and left, I opened the bag, and it was seriously a bag of lettuce he handed me and left. Now I work with customers and that was def not the way to handle that situation. I was willing to even bring the pizza so they could at least see and make a new one. For him to think that was ok to do was terrible. I had my whole family there that live in the area and after that they all won’t be ordering from jets anymore.

I use to love this location. I would drive further just to come to this Jets and it never disappointed. The last 2x I’ve ordered it has been a disappointment. I’m not sure if there is a new manager or if they just don’t care anymore. My pizza had barely any sauce on it did even look good to eat that how bad it was. When I took a bite it was undercooked and my bread was so overcooked they were hard.

They never delivered my order and treated me like a liar when I called to see where it was. Owner put zero effort into refunding me my delivery and tip after I had to leave my house to get put a new order in. They said they would never leave it on someone’s porch sitting but later found my delivery on someone else porch yet I had no miss calls from them to try and deliver . Absolutely a joke of an owner.

Bought a select 2 pizzas one one completely flat no rise at all completely un satisfied was told that’s way it’s made one of the pizzas was half risen and half not risen on top that it tasted weird I never asked for my pizza to have stuff put in it so the crust won’t rise and if I wanted a crust less pizza I would of bought it frozen. Sadly I’ll never order from this jets again on top of being flat also did not taste as good. My advise go to a different jets

They made our pizza wrong and then the manager argued with us saying no we ordered it wrong. Also, if you don’t order extra cheese it’ll have pieces without any at all. Bad quality, even worse customer service. I recommend going to another location.
