Pizza is good. Only issue is the amount of grease on the pizza. The grease on the pizza was a lot and not a normal amount. I would still eat at jets. Jets also has some of the best ranch ever. Jets ranch is so nice and good. There’s no place that has as good as ranch as jets.

I grew up in Michigan and now live in Pennsylvania so Jets Pizza is one of my favorites to have when I come home to visit. Tonight was top notch! The women who answered the phone, I didn’t catch her name, was so personable and friendly! She called me by name, pulled up from my phone number, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Their ranch dressing is the best I have ever had and we had a good laugh about how many bottles I shoud order. The estimated delivery time was 45 minutes and I swear it was delivered in about 20 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh and just what I wanted/needed. Thank you Jets of Madison Heights for always hindering my craving! Keep up the good work!

I came all the way from the West side of Michigan to see my brothers that live in Madison Heights. I ordered 2 large Jets pizzas. I asked if I could use the bathroom. The lady in the back told me no. The young man up front was very nice to me. The pizza was terrible, it was burnt ,both pizzas. Now I get Jets pizza many many times and I have never ever had it burnt. Needless to say I’ll never be back.

Was my go to location because it’s by the house. Been getting worse and worse. I order almost the identical order every time. Just got the worst pizza ever delivered. I order extra well done was so raw thought I door dashed little ceasers…… gotta switch it up I guess.

Just Terrific!! Have been ordering from this Jet’s for years, and always, excellent service and food. Even the phone ordering was so courteous and pleasant. Jet’s is THE BEST pizza, and this store had the best chicken. Highly recommended as someone once recommended it to me many years ago and I still, silently, thank them every time. Update 2/27/23- still superb!! Simply the best pizza, service and caring people even on the phone. Bravo!

Never order on a Saturday nite!! Ordered a pepperoni and ham pizza at 10:15pm!! Get home and open the box to inedible slop! How is it possible to burn up every single piece of pepperoni and yet the rest of the pizza is still undone and doughy inside? Fully aware of this still served it. Can’t even return it because they closed at 11pm. What a waste of time, gas, & money. So disappointed in this location!!! SMH!!
