I went into Jets on Coolidge. I watched the cooks drop a box on the floor three times. They put my pizza in the same box. I called them out in it, and the kid lied to my face that he didn’t do it. Talked to the manager. He didn’t seemed surprised or even concerned. He did refund my money. Never again will I order from there again. Capri pizza on Greenfield is where I went after this experience. — at Jet’s Pizza.

Food was fine, delivery driver was rude. Didn’t announce his name or the company when he called me to say he was lost. He tried to tell me the order said it was for a house. The receipt clearly said apartment. I was in the middle of explaining where to go when he hung up on me. I thought they’d be more thoughtful, as I tipped well online. I had to walk up to locate the vehicle, and nothing labeled it as Jets Pizza. Thank God it was still light out.

I got the cauliflower pizza with cheese and jalapeños from here which was delicious!! Definitely redeemed themselves from my previous visit! Although the crust was slightly burnt this time! Decided to spice it up when I got home with some more veggies and bbq sauce, to my liking!

Ordered 2 pizzas and the first one didn’t have any sauce. The second pizza was suppose to be square instead of round and it was cold and old. Called to speaks with the manager and he told me to contact corporate to receive a credit and that hung up on me twice. The manager also told me he doesn’t have to deal with me. I’ve ordered pizza from the location from years and never had any problems with the food or manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND THE MANAGER IS RUDE.

My TWO Large Pizza’s were COLD, and HORRIBLE. I was celebrating 32 years sober with a Meeting at Cana Church. I was so embarrassed at the lack of quality. The pizza was under NICK, not DENISE? I will never buy from this location again. It is sad to have a JETS PIZZA’S with no INTEGRITY. SMH

Jet’s Pizza does square Detroit-style pizza and they do it consistently well. I’ve not had a bad pie out of this place! They make a quality product that’s tasty, though it certainly isn’t cheap. We’ve never had issues with orders being mixed up. They are always very hot.
