Went to Jet’s Pizza for the first time. Ordered the Jet 10 deep dish large pizza. We ordered it for pickup and they told us 20 minutes. We showed up in 20 minutes, and did not have to wait. The pizza was hot and smelled delicious! The veggies and meat were fresh, and the crust was baked perfectly- nice and soft on the inside, crusty and buttery on the outside. It was a great pizza with great service. Will go there again for sure!

Every time I call its always very rude girl that answers and literally slammed the phone her voice alone makes you feel like your making her job very hard.Its your job to be nice. This happens every time but I will no longer order from this Jets pizza EVER.

Yesterday we ordered an 8 piece deep dish pizza, jets bread, and small Greek salad for delivery. The delivery was timely and the pizza was fresh. The jets bread was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked! Unfortunately, our Greek salad was not fresh. I didn’t want to be that person but I decided to call and explain the situation. I spoke with a manager, I believe his name is Kevin, and he was extremely kind, understanding, and willing to make things right. We were provided a fresh salad and our great meal was complete! Nowadays, customer service is lacking at most establishments, but not here. We will continue to order from this St. Clair location based on our positive experiences thus far.

Great product; however I attempted to order via text for deliver for the discount; the order confirmation consistently changed the order and asked for an address after it was stated. Multiple back and forth text attempts to rectify, they could not get the order straight and It would not allow me to cancel the order so I ended up deleting product and reordering via app. The software used by Jets is easily confused.

Every time I order from this location I am never disappointed. The food always tastes delicious and it’s always correct. These guys are doing it right! I want to leave a good review for the young gentleman delivery driver. Drives a Ford Focus, I think. Great personality and he’s always here before scheduled time.
