I thought I responded already. I guess it didn’t post. Bad day. The Italian sausage on one half was overcooked and the pepperoni on other side was spoiled. However, the customer service and delivery was excellent. Manager agreed to give me half credit on my next order. Sorry guys. I am usually a Jet’s Pizza fan.

Staff was friendly, place looked clean and they were pretty quick for the order size. My main complaint is around taste. I’ll completely admit I’m probably biased to more of a NY style pizza or even a sweeter sauce but I didnt care for the pizza. I got a Eugene special and my buddy got a plain cheese with turbo crust. His was a little better than mine in overall taste. I actually enjoyed the boneless wings better than the pizza and they’re just chicken pieces mixed in sweet baby Ray’s bbq sauce.

My family and I were throwing a little get together at the house. We were all starving, so than we decided to order jets pizza. The person taking our order on the phone was very polite and patient. He gave me an estimated time for the delivery and it was on point. The driver was very nice as well, loved the experience and we all will continue ordering from jets.

Deep dish slice now has only 4 PCs of pepperoni. You are basically getting cheese bread. And they ask for a tip when you’re only getting two slices for the cost of a large at their competition. I’ll avoid this location

Im very disappointed by my experience here. I ordered pizza for my Grandchildren and they are twins. However they have different taste. One likes pepperoni and the other likes cheese. Therefore I ordered a half and half. The cheese half didn’t have the cheese distributed as a pizza and more like cheese bread as you can see. I asked the store what can be done and they acted as if they couldn’t fix the issue without seeing it. Well now you see it on google. Nonetheless really disappointed by the customer service and options even when I asked for a credit. The meat side was good. I would’ve returned again but prob not.

Ordered an XL pizza for the fam, corners were good but rest of pizza was undercooked and doughy. Be careful guys when you buy from here, consuming undercooked dough is dangerous. I called and told them about this and that I can’t bring it back, his answer was “ok, have a great day”….

Ordered delivery from here first time last year, they completely forget to bring a 2L Pepsi. Ordered yesterday and this time they bring a 2L Pepsi that expired two months ago.
