Do not order the Deli Boats!!!!! Ours literally came with one slice of ham split between two halves. The pizza was fine. Just kind of upset since I had to wait an extra 10 mins in the lobby because the workers ‘forgot’ to cook the deli boat. Just a disappointment.

Ordered online for pickup. Turns out my order was given out by accident to someone else and they were apologetic. Ok, sh#÷ happens, not my issue. Had to naturally wait 15 minutes to be remade. My problem was there were no discount, no coupons, no breadsticks, nothing for the inconvenience. That should happen whether expected or not.

Usually have good luck but last two times i have found foreign objects in my pizza. My daughter bit into a piece of plastic and last night my husband found a giant bone in our deep dish! What gives? It was a pepperoni pizza, not sure how a bone gets in there. They did give us a $13 credit on our $50 order… wow… chew carefully.

VERY impressed with the customer service tonight! From the driver, manager and man who answered. One of the pizza’s we ordered was completely wrong, so I called to see how it could be corrected. The manager (male, didn’t catch his name) took the call and not only remade our pizza and had it delivered asap, but they remade our entire order, even though everything else was perfect! THANK YOU!
