First time ordering jet’s Pizza. I believe I heard on the radio how good it was so the wife and I tried it. We did the chicken bacon ranch large pizza with a large salad. The pizza was not deep dish it was regular crust as ordered.. very disappointed pizza was dry. Tasted like it was sitting for 2 or 3 hours. I don’t believe they put mozzarella cheese on it maybe it’s cheddar ? The pizza in general was very very disappointing in taste.. however the salad was good.

I ordered a pizza and specifically asked for a new york style with turbo crust and got neither. When I called, they blamed it on new cutters and then tried giving me $15 in store credit for a $40 order.

Pet peeve… follow the order. Literally had to bake the pizza more ourselves when it arrived. Why ask how you want the crust done if you’re going to make it how you want to? First time trying. Bad first impression.

Hate to do it but the quality of the pizza just fell off. No flavor, just soaked in pizza sauce and watery. I’ve always ordered from here with no issues till now. Happened last time too. Took a break and tried it again and just not good anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m a frequent customer of this location and order at least once a week spending about $30.00 per order. I placed an order tonight at 8:20pm online for delivery like I normally do and my payment was processed with a delivery time of 9:20pm. About 5 minutes later I received a call and the employee stats that they are not taking anymore orders for the night for delivery and that they were closing. I offered to pick up my order since apparently all drivers were gone. She put me on hold to ask the manager. When retuning to the phone she stats that the manager Cierra said that their not making anymore orders. I asked to speak to the manager… She gets on the phone like there isn’t a issue and says she doesn’t know what I want her to do. I offered to pick up my order since my payment was already processed and she was not helpful at all. If you’re not accepting online orders maybe you should turn online ordering off before sending everyone home! I asked for a refund. She said she processed it and then said I don’t have time for this and hung up! Completely unacceptable and should not be in an leadership role. I’ve been General Manager for 22 years and this type of leader should not be in charge of a business let alone a crew of people. I really don’t think I will return other than making sure my payment was refunded.Take $30.00 a week and multi that for 1 year… That’s how much Cierra has cost your business just from my business alone.
