My mother in laws order was was delivered and was wrong. When she called she let them know that the order had been messed up and then and asked if when they remade it if they could leave half of the pepperonis off cuz I was sitting right there with her on the phone. They asked for the pizza back so I insisted on bringing it back myself. We took the pizza back. They opened it, closed it and put it in the warmer where the carryout orders go. They tried to compensate by offering us a drink and a free salad which was nice. However, when we got the new pizza they they put half bell pepper on it and the pizza was still covered in pepperoni and then insisted that she asked for only have bell pepper even after my wife explained to them right there in the store that it was half pepperoni correct? And they confirmed. Needless to say, service was terrible and I’ve never seen the pizza place. Take a opened eaten off of pizza and put it in the carry-out warming area. Have to say we’ll never go back. It’s quite unpleasant. Dang

This location is horrible during lunch hours. Last straw was today. Receipt is clearly marked, I phoned in a delivery order at 10:38am, scheduling it to be at the shop at 11:45am. Again, the receipt clearly shows 11:45am. Well, that’s still not enough advanced notice as we got our delivery at 12:15pm. We had 15 minutes to eat. This location opens at 10:30am. They said sorry they were running behind because of weather. Hmmm…. Nice but doesn’t add up. Sounds like a scheduling/poor time management issue.
