Jets has the best deep dish pizza’s!!!! Tonight I tried 2 of their sandwiches, grilled chicken deli boat and italian deli boat. Worst sandwiches we have ever eaten. Very little grilled chicken in my wife’s sandwich and the ham in mine was very fatty. The sauce they gave us couldn’t have been any thinner it was very watery. Suggest Jets Pizza stick to the great deep dish pizzas and leave the sandwiches up to others that do a pretty good job with them. The picture below shows some chunks of lettuce that were in my sandwich. Why don’t you consider shredding your lettuce.?

The last two times I have ordered from this specific store the service and the food has been bad. The order before the last was lost. The order was remade but waiting an additional 25 minutes was not fun, but it was corrected. This last visit we ordered an 8 square pizza and a side of wings. When we arrived at the store to pick up the pizza it was ready but the wings were not. I was told the wings would be remade. The wings were remade twice second order was given to another customer. Finally able to head home and eat. The pizza was as though it had set out all night and wings were under cooked. This store is the only store near where we live. It still is 20 minutes away so taking it back to correct the error was not an option at the time not to mention there was no guarantee I wouldn’t have more problems.

ordered a delivery with instructions to text my number when food was brought and what door to leave it at. they left it at a different door and didn’t send any notification my pizza was delivered. I called because I didn’t know it was delivered and an hour after it was supposed to be delivered I found it cold. they offered to bring me a new one but I had to pick it up because they were going to charge me more for another delivery fee. syd on the phone was really nice but I’m upset I had to go get the other pizza because my instructions weren’t followed. found a hair in the pizza while eating it too. seriously, $20 bucks for one medium, contaminated pizza? glad they were able to get me another one, but also disappointed because both the workers and I had to overcompensate for this simple order.

Delivery time was almost an hour.. driver pulled into my driveway in 35 minutes. Everything was fresh & exactly what I ordered! My old, senior dog approached the driver.. (Nicki, I believe her name is) and she wasn’t nervous or afraid. She was so friendly and understanding with my beloved dog just trying to sniff. I want to thank Nicki and the whole staff of making my family’s night a lot easier. (My kiddos were HUNGRY! Lol). You guys are awesome!! THANK YOU!!

If you are hungry do not get an antipasto salad from the Pinckney Jet’s. I paid just under $11 for a salad and they must have run out of meat and cheese. Literally it looked like someone took a head of lettuce, tore it up and took a piece of lunch meat and a teaspoon of grated cheese and put it on top. I could have bought that head of lettuce for a lot less than $11 and I’m still hungry!
