Last night I ordered a large pizza, bread sticks and traditional wings. This was the worst pizza and breadsticks that I’ve ever had in my entire life. I love Jets and often have it but this experience has me wanting to switch to anything else. Pizza wasn’t cooked properly with no crust and honestly idk what to make of the breadsticks. Also maybe a good idea for manager of this store to have employees not wearing ear buds playing music so that they can hear customers walk in the store.

The food is okay. For some reason or another it’s salty to my taste. The meat pizza. I usually don’t eat pork or beef. This day I tried it. Well I couldn’t eat it. The service is always nice and on time. I appreciate that. Atmosphere is clean and smells like good food. Try it for yourself. I love the veggie pizza it’s so good to me.

This is the first time I’ve been here and not been acknowledged. I walked in and stood at the counter for about 5-10 min. Then I went to my car to get my phone and came back in and again waited with another customer. I made sure to let the employee know. I hope this was the first and last time that happens. I’ve always had good service here, so I’m not going to let 1 bad experience mess that up. Everyone has a bad day.

Waited almost an hour for a 20 minute carry out order . I paid and the guy at register said it would be done in 1 minute I continue to wait 20 minutes for them to say they messed up my order and they’re redoing it . It was just a cheese bread at that. They offered me a cookie for the inconvenience. Then once they finally gave me my bread they didn’t have the additional sauces that I paid for nor the cookie . Won’t be going back store wasn’t busy and they didn’t act very professional.
