We ordered delivery… some sort of deep dish Detroit style pizza. The delivery was very prompt and friendly. The pizza was amazing! The taste was very flavorful and the crust was thick and crispy and soft. I’m not a big pizza fan but I would definitely recommend and eat here again when in the area!

Look I order jets all the time I get the super special a medium salid and boneless wings now my pizza came with hardly any toppings on it I called and told the person on the phone she said do you want to order another I just wanted to say for over a 20 dollar pizza and being treated like that I’ll never go and order from them again my order is usually around 50 bucks you couldn’t even hardly see the toppings bottom line it was a slapp to the face so yell have a good 1 eating your macroscopic pizza there food cost must be hurting because there doing false advertisement the imployees need to stop feeding there family’s because when I was a manager for a pizza place my imployees would take to much home to feed there kids yell need to stop eating the food bottom line goodbye little Ceasars is way better than that atleast yeall can see the toppings

To stonework needs to lay off the hookah. Stared at me for 10 minutes. Answered the phone at 10:30 hung up on me to tell me they are closed but they supposed to close at midnight. And then I get there and they tell me they don’t have my order but then proceed to read it back to me Word for Word item for item. Like seriously do better… Eugene would be so disappointed. Jets pizza is awesome. Your Taylor location just sucks. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 6:35pm, called at 8pm to check the status of my order-the young lady that answered the phone was completely rude! She answered the phone “We’re not accepting anymore orders, we’re closed!’/ I stated, “I’m calling to check the status of an order that was placed at 6:30-she interrupted, “They should be on their way” and hung up. I waited for another 40 minutes and called again, same young lady answered, said the same thing-when I asked for her name she said she’s not giving her name, I asked for a manager/manager name-SHE HUNG UP ON ME!. I’ve called the corporate location and left 2 voicemails. No one has called back yet. (this happened 3 days ago). The driver showed up at 8:43 with a needless to say-COLD pizza for $28.99. I definitely will not be patronizing this location ever again.

Placed an order for over $80.. the ranch bottle I ordered was dated to use by 1-8-22, it is 1-7-23. I called back to resolve this issue and was told it must have been a mistake. I asked to speak to someone who could explain and was on hold for 10 minutes, still no response.
