I give this jets a one star just ordered and the black lady that picked up the phone sound like my lunch lady when I was in school middle school at that. No customer service and she was not willing to wait and see what I want to order like I was getting on here nervous.. I was not being rude or nothing and the lady Hung up on me not saying anything like thanks, thank you have a good night.. just hung up it’s the Eastside ain’t it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE……The issue began when a small pizza was sent to me through delivery instead of the large deep dish Jets 10 square that was ordered. I am certain I ordered a large because the associate whom took the ordered stated, “a large” and I confirmed. The associate also confirmed the of $25 (+tax) as the price. The problem became unacceptable when after receiving the pizza the manager of the store was called to confirm there was an issue. The manager was persistent that the order was placed incorrectly even stating that I was only charged for a small. This was very insulting because the delivery already stated what price I was being charged and it was equal to the price quoted for the large deep dish pizza. I informed the manager I was sending the incorrect pizza back to the store and I wanted the correct order sent to me. When the second order arrived it was a thin crust large pizza which again was not the correct order. Again the manager of the store was called and the issue explained. This time I was told I never ordered a deep dish pizza even though that was the original order. Crazy is the fact that the pizza this time was thin crust. I am unclear that if I did not state I wanted a deep dish, how was I ordered a thin crust also without stating such. I also asked for the order number and store number so I can report this issue to corporate. I was appalled when the manager refused to give me this information and ultimately lied about the store number and never gave me the ticket number. I discovered her lie after a littler GOGGLE SEARCH which also revealed I was overcharged because the order was incorrect. A final call to the store resulted in a male manager stating it was in possible to produce the receipt of the first order, that the pizzas were indeed the same price and worst of all denied me the information starting that the call was recorded and to report him and the store to the corporate office. OF COURSE I AM MOST EAGER TO SPEAK WITH A CORPORATE REPRESENTATIVE. THE ORDERS BEING INCORRECT IS NOT A TRUE ISSUE FOR ME. I HAVE OFTEN OVERLOOKED AND AQUIESCED TO MUCH LESS AND OFTEN. MY ISSUE IS WITH THE INSISTENT WAY I WAS MISTREATED AS A PATRON, LIED TO AND WORST OF ALL FEELING SCAMMED OUT OF HARD EARNED DOLLARS IN WHICH I HAVE SO FEW OF. IT IS INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO HAVE TRUST BETWEEN CORPORATIONS AND CONSUMERS WHEN THEY WHO HAVE SO MUCH OVERCHARGE, MISREPRESENT, MISTREAT, LIE TO, AND UNDER SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HOPE THIS REVIEW MOST OF ALL IS READ BY OTHERS WHOM WILL BECOME MORE AWARE AND PROACTIVE CONSUMERS. MISTREATMENT CAN’T PERSIST WHEN IT IS RAGED AGAINST.

I was just lying here reminiscing. I don’t know if they have the same owners as they did when they first open around 13+ years ago. But I ordered a pizza it was delivered. I made a mistake and tip the guy a $50 bill I obviously thought it was a $5 bill. The owner actually called me and asked me that I mean to tip the driver $50 and I said no he brought my $50 back to me. And that’s why I think they deserve a five-star. This place has very rude customer service and they refused to fix my pizza because of their online advertising which was wrong. They advertised a deal and I order what was advertised and then told I need to pay better attention!? I asked for the advertised deal and received something else. They wouldn’t fix my order. And they also have false advertisement online. And I ordered via the txt as asked to receive the deal. I only gave 1 star because I HAD to. I give them 3 thumbs down
