I would give less stars if I could. They sent me the WRONG pizza. Then didn’t answer the phone for me to get a replacement or a refund. I ordered a jets 10 with out black olives and got this monstrosity of a pizza saturated in mayonnaise. Some may like this but I am not one of them. If I wanted this pizza, I would have ordered it. I Will NOT be ordering from here again. EVER!!

Went here for Valentine’s day. I ordered the heart pizzas. I also ordered the antipasto salad. They were good. Decent size for the price. It was crowded most likely because of the day but they got us in and out.

Enjoyed the pizza. Placed an order by phone they couldn’t find when I got there. The rep investigated, saw that u had called, and got the pizza made. However, calling dis nit help to get me out of there quickly when I was pressed for time. The pizza was hot and fresh.

I ordered online for pickup received a pickup time. I waited an additional 25 minutes after the pickup time. Was told it would be four minutes. After that I was told I was still waiting for my pizza that was the time for my wings. Received my food thinking it would be hot and fresh only to get home which is 5 minutes away for the pizza to be cold. Which means it was already sitting back there not even in the warmer overlooked. Asked for pizza to be cooked with extra sauce cooked well done. Only to have lite sauce and to hard. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other Jets pizza that I have been to. The staff was dry and unfriendly, nobody greeted you or even said thank you. Tried calling but no answer, this pizza is disgusting!!!!

In all my years of going to this location I never had terrible service until yes today which was very very degrading the new management that Is over this locationeed to be evaluated tremendously because the service here and the preparation of the food was horrible the staff do not listen when taken orders And is very unprofessional and unpleasant…………. Better believe I would not even send my dog to this location for no pizza

How do you sale caesar salads with no caesar dressing??Should have ordered coney island! I’ve ordered Caesar salads from a different location and loved them. This salad was horrible! Charged higher prices for medium portion toppings and given small portions. Ended up with a bowl of iceberg lettuce and a few toppings, also no options for mushrooms (which I could order from the other location). I don’t know if it was the chicken, it would probably have to be the chicken because I only had a few tomatoes, black olives and croutons but it was very salty…. after putting all of the toppings and some lettuce in a bowl, I still have enough lettuce for another salad… extremely dissatisfied.
