This place is horrible. I found two pieces of hair on my pizza that was delivered to me. I called and spoke with a manager and was told my pizza would be replaced at a later date when I wanted to get another one. I called to order a pizza and was told by the general manager Seven that my pizza would not be replaced. I spent $30 on a pizza that I could not eat because someone’s hair was on it. This store has horrible customer service. No one should be treated this way.

Absolutely mind blowing that I have placed several large orders along with today’s $600 order with Jets (At this location)for my company luncheon and the General Manager rudely told me there would be a charge to supply paper plates, after the employee told me that they would come with it. I was simply reminding them of the plates. Guess I won’t be using Jet’s and will make sure her boss knows she is very much in need of training because THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT and come down off your high horse throwing that your a GM, because as an HR Manager, You first need to smile when you answer the phone and leave the attitude at home.

The store gave me the wrong food and when I called. The young lady who answered was pleasant but the manager in the background said that’s not our problem call DoorDash. I will never spend any money at this establishment again. Its unprofessional and disappointing. Please have more respect for those who keep the orders coming in order for you to receive a pay check; if you don’t care for your job or people then do us all a favor and quit.

Spent $40 on a large pizza with boneless wings and ranch. Didn’t receive the ranch and the pizza was old. I live 5 minutes away so it was no way that upon delivery the cheese was stiff and the sauce had dried up. I’m beyond angry. I operate a daycare so I couldn’t take it back. When I called the young lady said no manager was on duty but his name was Sevyn and she would have him call me which I doubt. It’s sad that people do to others that they wouldn’t want done to them!

Overpriced, I get paying for what you get, but for what I spent, I was expecting it to at least have some flavor. Not salt-less bread with a teaspoon of sauce and a handful of cheese. The only reason for the two star review is because of the kids they have working there. Very respectful and courteous

We had an issue with our pizza. The general manager Maria was rude over the phone and would not remake the pizza. She wanted me to bring it back and they would take a pizza that was now handled by other people and taken inside a plant back into their kitchen to fix to get out of just remaking it. She was also loudly complaining about another customers order to her workers while me and another person were waiting in the lobby to pickup our orders and she would yell telling us to wait.

Jets was always my go to for BBQ pizza. It was the best. Not sure if they changed owners but it was the worst pizza ever. I think they dumped a whole bottle of BBQ sauce on the pizza. Sickening.
