Great pizza. I don’t recall eating here recently, but from experiences in the past, they have great pizza. It’s pricier than the Little Caesars down the street though and you have to wait – no hot and ready pizzas, to my knowledge – but you get what you pay for.

I placed an order for a small 4 corner pizza on Halloween. After getting home I noticed the pizza was over well done and did not taste good. I called the store later that night because they were really busy. I explained to the manager that I was displeased with the pizza. She mentioned that the pizza was burned from sitting in the hotbox for so long and she said they call out the name when the pizza is done and we cannot do anything for you. That was not the case. There was a line going out the door and most people were waiting 15 minutes for their food and they were not calling out names for orders. As a frequent jets pizza customer I will not be returning to this jets pizza again or any jets pizza for that matter for the lack of customer service. I don’t think remaking the pizza for a customer a small pizza for that matter is that big a deal especially to satisfy a customer.

This jets honor’s there words very good and will remake your pizza if something happens to it but if you call back and say your pizza is burned and you ate all of it already there not going to obviously and pizza is always fresh as possible if it is cold or looks to cooked it’s because you the customer took to long to pick up your order or we called your name out and you don’t listen or pay attention and then get mad at them it’s not there fault they try to give the best service working long days and dealing with very rude people and customers please be considerate or MAKE YOUR OWN FOOD BE NICE TO THEM THEY WORK HARD!!!!!!! They always add coupons to your order and you don’t even know it which is nice and staff is awesome but if your being rude of course they’ll give you attitude they don’t want to be treated like trash!!! And if you can’t wait for your delivery cook your own food they are very short on drivers how can one guy take 30+ orders by himself think about it your not the only one ordering they constantly get 200 plus orders or more a day and there low staffed and being nice to you so don’t take it out on them especially if there the ones making your food BE NICEE!!!
