Great customer service in correcting a less than perfect pizza on New Years Eve. I’m friends with a delivery driver who mentioned to the manager on the first day of her training that I wasn’t happy. She texted me right back that I had a $10 credit at the Keego Harbor location. On the 8th, I got another pizza (to watch the Lions roar to victory.) Perfect pizza and I’ll keep going back

We paid $20 for a large deep dish with 4 toppings. This was so expensive and such a ripoff. Our pizza had maybe one pepperoni per slice and maybe 4 mushrooms for the whole pizza. The bacon was dusted on maybe 2 slices. Chicken wings had no sauce on them.
