Ordered an 8 corner deep dish and when it got here it wasn’t even hot, it was mildly warm. It looked and tasted like it hadn’t been cooked hardly at all. The vegetables were all hard. The crust kept falling apart because it was so soggy. I tried to eat 2 pieces but couldn’t, my daughter tried too and ended up spitting it out. I’ve always loved Jets, I don’t know what happened with this one but there’s $25 down the drain!

Go to this location all of the time, got our pizza and there was no cheese on it. When we called to get it fixed the extremely rude manager told us it was our fault for ordering wrong and said we can just order again but they won’t be fixing our order. Save yourself the time and headache and just go somewhere else

Place/people have gone down hill last few years waited an extra 15 mins after they said my food would be done. Place wasn’t busy. Was this out of spite bcuz I paid online and tipped in store instead of online? My pizza and brownie was done but had to wait on wings. They left my pizza sitting on counter instead of in the warmer box while waiting for wings. Manager never apologized for my extra wait. Maybe I should have been an angry person but I was polite through the whole thing. Definitely won’t be leaving any cash tips or any tips from now on.
