Jets Pizza is most definitely the best pizza in town! I honestly can’t get enough! From their crunchy, savory, and well-seasoned 4 corner personal deep dish pizza to their succulent, savory ,and sweet boneless honey baberque wings to their tangy, fresh, and diverse salads Jets Pizza is packed with some impressive flavors and unique pizza options. They are expensive, but worth every penny. You WILL be back for more.

Pizza was good until my boyfriend was half way finishing his pizza deep dish pizza. He found a piece of hair cooked inside of the pizza!!! That piece of hair was deep inside that pizza it had to be about 3 inches LONG!

I would usually give this place a 5 because their bread is GOOD AS HECK and never fails to amaze me. Same with their pizza. But after this one order, I’m mad. There is more sauce than pizza and I didn’t order sauce with a side of cheese and pepperoni on top, I ordered a pizza. Make it right. Can’t do 1 simple job. This is what makes you lose customers. I don’t understand how you can ruin someone’s day with an order so simple. Literally whoever made this pizza needs a new job because making pizzas isn’t their specialty. Maybe they should be trained a little more or be fired.

The pizza was good, I do like the quality of their food. The customer service, not so much. I arrived to pick up my order, and It was just myself, and my two year old. I called to ask if they would be able to bring the order out to me, so that I did not struggle to carry the food, and my child. The gentleman who answered the phone asked someone if they offer curbside, and he told me that he would be right out with my order. After 20 minutes of waiting in my car, I just came inside to grab it. I told him that I had been waiting for them to bring it out to me, and he said “Yeah we’re too busy for that” My order was the only one sitting in the warmer, and I saw two people come pick up their order while I was waiting in the car. I was annoyed by this exchange, so I called and asked to speak to the manager. He said, I am the manager. I told him him what happened, and he said again, we are too busy. I asked for his general managers name, and he did tell me her name is Krystal. I asked his own name, and he was CJ. I asked when would be the best time to get in contact with Krystal, and he said he was not allowed to give me such information. I am a current store manager of a retail store, and I was a general manager of a pizza place for 4 years. My problem is not that I had to come in to get the food, I would have done that in the first place had I not been told that they would be able to bring it out to me. But after working ten hours, and then driving to Bay City to pick up my son from childcare, I really just wanted to grab dinner real quick, and head home, but instead I just hung out in the Jets Parking lot for 20 extra minutes while my pizza sat in the warmer because they were too busy to be bothered to run it out, when the parking lot was empty, and I was literally parked less than 6 feet outside of the front door. I just contacted corporate instead of even bothering to call and speak to the general manager, seeing as she seems to be casually friends with her employees, I can not imagine her rectifying the situation in anyway. I guess that is why she instructs the staff to withhold her availability for dealing with customer complaints, enabling their poor customer service.
