We have been craving a Detroit-Style pizza from Jets for several months. We finally got a chance to purchase one, and it was horrible. We ordered a Triple-Roni with extra sauce. What we took home was burnt, dry, chewy, with very little sauce at all. It was so disgusting that we ended up just tossing it out. We are very disappointed in the Midland Jets Pizza.

We eat at jets a lot. Lately we have noticed a decline in quality. We all know jets is not cheap but it’s worth it. Well this time not so much. We called and talked to “shift manager will” and was told we had to drive to the other end of town to show them because he “knew for a fact these were cooked right”. If this is how jets is now then no one should ever eat there. He was extremely rude and condescending. We had it delivered because we couldn’t go pick it up ourselves. Jets you are unacceptable and there is plenty of competition to avoid you for the foreseeable future.

So much grease. And onions are NOT a main ingredient in a salad. So many I gagged when I opened it. Though my fault for not noticing they were on it and removing the option. My chickens appreciated the treat though.

Ordered delivery tonight, the first order was someone else’s (but still missing items according to their receipt). They sent over a replacement, but that order was also incorrect. The food quality is fine, but they have some serious service issues.

3+ years delivering to an address south of Midland City and I call and they argue with me on the phone saying they don’t deliver to this address and it has never been in their delivery area…..really! No more business for Jet’s Pizza from our family!!!

Definitely the best pizza to choose from in our area. Always tasty and the ingredients are complimentary to one another based on selection and the quality of their ingredients. Hot, fresh and the bread on the pizza is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

I know it’s Friday night but I ordered my pizza two hours ago. The first time we called they said it will be there shortly. Please don’t say that if you don’t mean it. The second time we called they actually had no idea where the pizza was. Hmmm. Big bummer when you have younger children waiting for pizza.
