We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks. We found a bug Baked into the crust of our pizza. When we called to tell them, they told us that “well that’s not possible. We don’t have bugs in our kitchen so…”

The restaurant was very clean we did an online order and it was very easy to place… good service, they kept us informed on wait times once we arrived to the store for pickup, the only small complaint I would have is that they are very expensive compared to other Pizza Places so we only get Jets on Vacation as a treat!

Editing my review * I love the food when it’s fresh.. last few times I went I ordered from phone while in parking lot. 10 minutes later went in and paid.. where it prompts you for a tip not normally a big deal. While sitting in store after payment 30 minutes go by they ask me about a order that wasn’t mine.. 10 more minutes he pulled a pizza out I watched go in a hot box 20 minutes earlier.. it was mine .. I mentioned the fact I have been sitting there entire time it sat in a warming box he looks at pizza looks at me and says hey at least it’s warm.. I ordered fresh paid a cash tip and I order every Saturday for my family.. I will not be spending at this location and that sucks I love the pizza just not last few attempts

We haven’t ordered from the Bay City Location in a couple of years. Tonight my husband ordered a Large BLT pizza. We paid for and tipped our driver well. 1. We were shocked at the size if the “large” size. It looked more like a medium. 2. There was maybe 2 slices of bacon crumbled over the entire pizza. Way too much lettuce and couple tablespoons of tomato. Driver was friendly. The total was $25. And sone change and we gave a $5.00 tip. Pretty safe bet that was our last order from Jets.

Just checked in to the Hampton Inn just down the road and Honestly this was the best jets I’ve ever had. And I don’t know if that’s because it’s been so long since Ive had it, or if it was because I was super hungry or just that it was a really good location. But either way I was beyond pleased. Thank you so much for probably one of the best tasting chain pizzas I’ve had in a long time!!

I ordered a large Detroit style pizza and they quickly and accurately made my pizza. The sauce is better than alot of pizza places I have been too. They also have many different flavors for the crust, I recommend trying the Cajun crust. They delivered it right to my hotel room in Bay City.

Not the best experience here. Ordered 100$ worth of food, one pizza was right and delicious but the others were wrong or over cooked. Ordered 3 regular side salads and got one large Greek one instead. Called when we realized the mistake and was told we would receive a refund but never did.
