The pizza itself is fine. Not anything special. The service has been hit or miss over the years. They had a few years where they basically didn’t do delivery at all unless they could basically walk to you. However, I won’t go above 3 stars due to the price. With upwards of 12 pizza shops in town, including gas stations, that basically all serve better pizza. Even pizza hut is generally better. Having to pay $50 for two pizzas just because they are fake deep dish is a bit insulting

Went in right before closing so I couldn’t return it but pizza and turbo sticks were both burnt,I don’t mind a lil crispy but these were burnt top and bottom,the guy was very friendly and busy cleaning( very thoroughly I’ll add) but still burnt food

I have to say tonight I was overly impressed with our order, we got 2 pies that were made perfect and tasted awesome. Being from NJ I haven’t found a pizza that the style comes close until tonight’s order, was 98% there for being close to NJ but 100% awesome pies. The manager suggested to try the New York crust next time, so we shall see

Just got their special. I normally love jets and rarely complain about food service. I’ve worked in the industry and it’s tough. Both the cheese bread and pizza were clearly made a LONG time ago. A great deal IF the quality was good.

Super disappointed ordered the new pepperoni pizza an the pepperonis where so over done an burnt they where more like potato chips then pepperoni when we called them about it they said that’s just what it looks like I doubt it because we have ordered it before extremely disappointed
