I love Jet’s pizza but man this is one of the worst ran businesses that I have ever seen. They get my orders wrong constantly and they are rarely ready in the timeframe they are supposed to be. Not to mention they have this weird issue where they consistently don’t answer their phone. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. You would think ordering a few pizza would be pretty easy. Well it is most places, not here though. For whatever reason they really struggle with normal business operations here.

Great pizza! The crunchy crust can’t be beat .I got the cauliflower crust pizza and it was delicious. My only complaint is the 90 minute delivery option. Come on guys!

I ordered an all meat pizza and a four corner BQ chicken pizza with onions along with a bottle of ranch. I Rc’d a lg cheese pizza and a BQ chicken with no onions. I had to ask her to put the 4 corner back into the warmer and told her I will leave the ranch plus I gave them about $8 tip . I drove home and realized the gal handed me the two pizzas when I got home no dressing I had paid for . It was in the cooler when I got there . Went home and discovered the four corner has no onions already two trips to pizza store

Get my order wrong 50% of the time. They dont understand the difference between sauce and cheese. Extremely frustrating because jets is the best pizza in my opinion but this location is not up to par and the order being wrong and instead of admitting the mistake just sending the customer home because you know they wont bother to waste their time bringing it back

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location they’ve gotten my order wrong. I get things happen but come on. But this last time made me notice that jets is just ridiculous with their prices. For just a 4 corner pizza that was bbq flavor was $17, break it down and I’m paying $4.25 per slice of mediocre pizza. Jets is not what it used to be, both price and taste.
