Jet’s has been our favorite for years. HOWEVER…we have noticed a change over the past year or so in the quality of the pizza. Last night we ordered our usual and it was the absolute worst pizza we’ve ever had from Jet’s. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because 0 was not an option! Won’t be ordering from this place again. Time to find a different place.

Ordered online for pickup and when I got there the store was closed, 40 mins before their listed closing time. Employees were just hanging out in the parking lot. If you gotta close early that’s fine but they should at least not be accepting orders or be contacting people to issue refunds.

Order was 20 minutes late and they took cold jets bread, threw a ton of garlic butter on it, and called it fresh. Be cautious of who is working. Rude, bearded guy will probably leave hairs in your food. Not to mention they have the absolute slowest delivery I’ve ever had. Been over an hour and a half and it still isn’t here. Gave em a second chance and they did even worse. Do not order from here.

Delivery was 45 minutes late. Calzones are not cooked properly, either raw in spots or burned. They always forget the sauce. The phone person was not even apologetic. Won’t order again.
