I don’t know why this store has never once received my online orders … I recently had a deal that HAD to be ordered online (45 % off) and called the store to confirm that they GOT my order. The entitled little 20-something who answered did not bother to listen to my questions, never bothered even TRYING to make things right, talked over me, yelled at me about being too stupid to check my email to make sure I actually ordered, accused me of calling HER stupid and hung up on me. Wow. I’d fire her if it were me!! NO deal is worth that kind of abuse! Thankfully there’s more than one Jets in town & the Stadium Drive store did a great job for me. I’ll never go to the one on Romence again!! Absolutely no excuse for being in a customer service position if you don’t know how to treat people.

I love jets pizza but the Triple roni detroit style was nothing like the picture. I had to pick off the dried up pepperoni. Had to put out more sauce for my friends. I picked it up at exactly 4:30 as ordered. If you wouldn’t serve it to your friends, don’t sell it to me. It was a bad advertisement to my to my friends. Totally disappointed.

$5 for two slices of pizza and a 20oz pop! Jets lunch special for the win!! Most I have had to wait is about 5 mins to get the special. So they are quick and the price is excellent for lunch! Oh and let us not forget they respect our men and women in uniform and offer them the lunch special for free when they are on duty.
