I hate to write a poor review, but we are very disappointed in this location! We are from Greenville. Their location delivers all the time (we do Jetts once a week). The Cedar Springs location has not had delivery the last 3 times weve called! Dont advertise delivery if you dont truly have it! O well, we now have found Hungry Howies who is delicious and much cheaper, and ALWAYS has delivery!!

Edit: Our first experience (a cpl weeks ago) was not pleasant but after speaking to the owner we have them another opportunity. Our pizza was hot upon pickup and very good. 100x better! The customer service we experienced at the register was great. We will return.
