First time ever having Detroit-style pizza at Jet’s and I’m in love! We tried the aloha bbq chicken and the chicken Parmesan. Both were soooo delicious! My favorite was the aloha bbq chicken. Highly recommend getting it well baked for that extra crunch. If you text in your order you can get 20% off pizzas.

We ordered the BBQ chicken deep dish pizza and instead received the Buffalo chicken pizza which my one year old would probably not enjoy. When we called to report the mistake, they immediately made made us a fresh pizza and actually drove it downtown Grand Rapids because I was already home. The manager Molly was friendly, apologetic and very sweet. Both pizzas as well as the two orders of wings were hot and delicious. We’ll be ordering again!

Jet’s pizza is delicious. I got the Detroit style and have to say that the crispy crust is amazing. I didn’t try any of their flavored crusts but will in the future as I will definitely be going back.

I will never ever go back to this jets pizza or give them good recommendations. The manager i spoke to had a very poor attitude. I ordered a thin and crispy pizza. It came out doughy or not cooked all the way, plus they had too much sauce on it so it made it more soggy. They also put Romano cheese all over it which is like a powder. I didnt ask for that on it. It tasted terrible. I called them to ask them to either remake or credit it to me and they refused. I will never go back there. Who wants to order from a place that doesnt care about their quality or their customers.
