Jet’s pizza is different from most, but it’s a family favorite. The ingredients are excellent, especially the bold pepperoni and the perfectly balanced sauce. The deep crust is quite greasy, but very satisfying and delicious.

I’ve never managed to actually order pizza here. Any time I call, no one answers. Just get caught in a pre-recorded loop. Finally went in person for a slice. “We don’t do hot slices after 4pm.” I pointed out their sign that says “Hot slices all day!” Their response: “Sorry.”

I’ve always loved Jet’s pizza. However, I had not eaten it in a long time. I was very disappointed. The crust was over baked…too hard. The toppings were hard and over baked as well.

I ordered last night while visiting my aunt and they took over two hours to arrive. The pizza was cold once it arrived and she doesn’t have a microwave considering she just moved into her apartment. This Jet’s is only a 3 min drive from her home. No reason why it should have taken that long. The driver apologized and explained that the address was taken down wrong. But I called twice to check on the pizza and confirmed our address both times. They offered me a “credit” but I don’t live on that side of town. The $31 order should have been offered to us free or at least half off. Very disappointing.

We usually love jets. But one pizza took over two hours to show up when they said 45 minutes and we called but they had to call a door dash driver even though we ordered over the phone. Clearly a mess. Will probably never order from here again. One star is generous

Ive ordered here before and didnt usually have any issues… buuut then i ordered tonight… ordering the New York style and I got my order super early… which wouldnt be bad if the toppings didnt arrive half way across the pizza and partially off the pizza. some of what looked like cheese on the left side was just really lightly sauced, extremely thin dough… Im not a new yorker but this pizza was thinner than any thin crust I’ve ever had. the slices that actually did have toppings couldnt even support anything, it was nearly paper thin and tore apart easily. the pizza alone was roughly around 20$.
