I found a Jets Pizza in the entryway of our building and was able to tell who ordered it from the reciept so made sure the delivery was made. Paying $7 for delivery doesn’t mean leaving it in the lobby to get cold. The manager was contacted but didn’t seem concerned.

While the food is decent, the lack of attention to what is ordered has gone downhill over the last year. We order at least once, if not more, per month, and this last time, my wife said this is the last time. How many times can you make an order wrong when the order is right in front of you on a screen?

Don’t understand the advertisement on windows says hot slices yet everytime I go there are none. If you want to wait 25 minutes they will have one. Stopped in at busy times and slow times but have never been able to get a so called hot slice.

Pizza and cheese bread not up to standards. Frozen pizza can easily beat it. More bread less cheese, sauce and toppings than use to be. Garlic butter is more water than anything And I paid extra for it.

We order from from this Jet’s pretty regularly and not only has the price increased but the quality of the pizza has decreased significantly. I can handle the price increase (annoying but pretty standard these days) if the pizza wasn’t burnt with a pathetic amount of cheese. Very disappointing as Jet’s used to be our favorite pizza.

I have very low expectations when it comes to food delivery. It’s usually trash 75% of the time. Either way, pizza was 45 mins late. Dropped off by door dash and left by the door. I ordered directly from Jets. I then had to pay a 7 dollar delivery charge for a 2 mile drive. The system is broken. None of the employees care about customers. Try harder at your jobs.

I wish I would have got your name… but you did an outstanding job dealing with the lady in front of me that wanted sausage on her pizza after it was cooked, because she didn’t know how to use technology to order her food! The laugh you had silently said everything! You even dealt with getting anchovies on the side for me.

If they get your order wrong you either have to wait another 45 min for a replacement or get “store credit” instead of a refund.. forcing you to order from the same location again to not lose money. It’s the franchise owner’s fault and not the employees.

I ordered an eight corner pizza online this past Sunday. It was ready on time and the young woman behind the counter was helpful and friendly. I’m guessing she’s a GVSU student. HOWEVER, Jet’s has noticeably changed the ratios of crust, cheese and sauce. There is far more bread and less cheese and sauce then there used to be. If I want to buy bread, I’ll go to a bakery. I will not buy an eight corner again. Come to think of it, that’s all I ever bought from them, so I now will go elsewhere for my pizza. Their sauce doesn’t stand out as being exceptionally flavorful. Truly a infinitesimal matter in this age of Covid.
